Community Connections

I engage in community work because I believe everyone deserves access to mental health support, regardless of their circumstances. Building connections within the community allows me to reach people where they are and foster a sense of belonging. It’s important to me that support feels approachable, grounded, and genuinely helpful. Through these initiatives, I hope to reduce stigma and make mental wellness more accessible to all.

Each week focuses on practical, evidence-based strategies in a supportive, welcoming environment at our Port Perry office.
